Himalayas Trek - Young Cardiff man seeks to raise funds for Whizz-Kids mobility charity. We chip in with £250

 £700 to Operation Echo - We join the South Wales Echo in helping to allow Normandy veterans to return to the scene of their historic landing

Another £700 directly to the Normandy Veterans Association (South Wales Branch) to assist two widows in their D-Day +60 years commemorations

 Mongolian Expedition - We help a young South Wales lady with £250 towards a £3,000+ educational trip with her school
